Wednesday, August 11 – Siegfried Lipp, Dipl. Ing. B.Eng., on Dowsing for Health.

Pluto and the Plutoids—It’s a Rock Band!

As a prelude to the Calgary Dowsers Road Trip to the Rothney Astrophysical Observatory, Roger Joyeux will be presenting on related inter-planetary topics from his new book, The Story of Light, Through Heaven’s Gate.  Because the observatory is speaking on planets orbiting distant stars, as well as, viewing Jupiter and Uranus, Roger will explain how Jupiter and Uranus work to bring divine light into our Solar System.  He will also explain the light transfer functions of Pluto and the Plutoids of the Kuiper Belt at the edge of our Solar System.  Designed to take your mind far out!

Friday, September 17 – ROAD TRIP to the Rothney Astrophysical Observatory

Join us for a fascinating evening at the Rothney Astrophysical Observatory. A University of Calgary research facility; the observatory has been the centre for astronomical research in Southern Alberta for the
past forty years. On Friday, September 17, we will start with a presentation in the Interpretive Centre by Jennifer Howse, Education Specialist at the Observatory.

She will be speaking on Blackfoot Astronomy and history of astronomical activity in foothills of Alberta. Then an exploration of new research, specifically searching for planets orbiting distant stars. We will then tour the telescopes and the observatory.

Weather permitting we will observe the night sky with the large telescopes. In the sky on this evening are Jupiter and Uranus.

Program begins at 7:00 pm.  Sunset 7:45, observing by 8:15, waxing moon, viewing Uranus, Jupiter this includes a presentation in our the interpretive centre, tour of the telescopes and observing (weather permitting).

Then for those who are brave and curious, we can hang out a bit longer and try watching out for UFO’s.  This would be a prime spot as it is dark and high on a hill. You will need to dress very warm, bring a small flashlight, a lawn chair or sleeping bag, your own binoculars and a lot of patience as it takes time to spot a UFO!

MEMBERS of the Canadian Society of Questers, (we are a Chapter) will have this evening gifted to them by your local Chapter (the Calgary Dowsers).  Value $20.00 !!!!  Non- members must pay $20.00 to attend this evening.  Membership is only $30.00 per year.  Obviously this is the opportune time to buy or update your annual membership.

There is limited space available so please get your space reserved as soon as possible.  Memberships and tickets for the evening of September 17 will be available at the August and September meetings.

We need to car pool, and there will be a sign-up sheet for those who will drive and for those who need a ride.

We leave Calgary at 5:45.  It is approximately a ¾ to one-hour drive to the Observatory.   Gathering place is at the Spruce Cliff Community Centre. Once you are assigned to your driver, you and your driver must make your own arrangements.  For instance, if you want to stay late and your driver wants to leave early you must make other arrangements.

Hi Merope

This is a THANK YOU email to confirm the good you do.

I attended a meeting about a year ago.  Primarily to help a friend who had lost a very expensive, very large emerald ring surrounded by good sized diamonds.

At the end of the meeting, I spoke with you and you recommended that I speak with a certain gentleman, who was talking with another man.  I cannot remember their names now.

What I do remember is that the man in question said that he/they thought that her ring was in her bathroom, and recommended how she could go from room to room and be GUIDED to finding it.  I think I’m remembering a pendulum?

I told Betty what this man/men told me, that the ring was in the bathroom.

She did not believe me, and treated me with disbelief.  She said she had looked thru everything in her house and bathroom several times.  Betty treated me like I was a bit weird.

Yet, more than a year later, at a luncheon yesterday, she was wearing the ring.  She’d found it six months ago IN HER BATHROOM – just as the ‘man/men’ had said. It was in the towel closet – where she thinks it had slipped off as she was rearranging her towels.

Sitting right next to her at the luncheon was another gal, who on hearing Betty’s story, shared that she too had lost a ring, had gone to a psychic, who told her that her ring was in a kitchen in their apt. in San Francisco.  Where she later did find it.

I am also a ‘healer’ – and Betty has also been helped miraculously by my instructor, avoiding an operation.

Now, Betty doesn’t think that I am – or the dowser’s society is ‘weird.’   In fact, she asked me to forward ‘Thanks’ – to whoever that wonderful man was, and his friend – and your organization.

I’m sorry I cannot remember the wonderful man’s name.  He was tall and maybe around 50ish.

Also, this has been wonderful for me.  Now, I too am a believer.

Our next meeting on Wednesday, July 14 is going to be a Business meeting and Financial Report.   And a review of each of the speakers at the Olds Spring Conference.  These speakers were excellent and I believe that sharing their message with those who could not attend is very important.   If you attended the conference and would like to give a 10 – 15 minute synopsis of what you heard and learned please let me know.   We then have an ‘Let’s Talk’ informal discussion about the state of the world from a dowsing perspective.   Maybe we should do a focused healing on the Gulf disaster.

Would appreciate your input – so plan to be there!

The “Human Internet” A New Vision
Imagine a world where we are the human internet – the computer, network to each other and everything and information past/present/future.
There are people currently communicating and learning this way today, mostly children or young adults.  Born with the ability to see and access information anywhere, they communicate through thoughts along with demonstrating what most would call genius qualities.

The Bronnikov Method aims to open pathways that access this inherent nature, which we all possess.
Derived from ancient closed-door Tibetan teachings of the Ruby Eye Dragon lineage, the Bronnikov Method is a transformational process of  human and spiritual development.   Using a step-by-step approach, it develops and accelerates dormant abilities in the brain and heart-mind creating holographic sensing such as seeing and communicating.

We are offering an evening of Dowsing Practice – Practice – Practice! This is your opportunity to spend a couple of dedicated hours to learning, practicing, testing your dowsing skills and discussing a variety of techniques of dowsing. There will be many items for sale – so don’t forget your cash. Several of our experienced “dowsing practitioners” will be present and are offering you the information they are utilizing on a regular basis to assist you in increasing your skills in dowsing. Bring a pendulum, rods, or whatever you wish to use to learn to dowse. Look forward to a FUN and INFORMATIVE evening!

Ever heard of Remote Viewing or Project Star Gate? — Paul Elder hadn’t, at least not until a series of near death experiences opened a psychic doorway for him, and his life was forever changed.
From humble beginnings as a farm boy on the Canadian prairies, Paul has become something of an anomaly. Now he finds himself holding company with the world’s best remote viewers, former Pentagon Directors and “Top Secret” military
intelligence officers.

Author of the acclaimed book, Eyes of an Angel, Paul Elder is a former CTV news reporter and mayor of a Canadian city. He is also a survivor of three near-death experiences — a drowning at the age of 12, a car accident at 17, and a heart attack at the age of 41. Following his near-death encounters Elder’s life was further rocked by a series of spontaneous out-of-body experiences — experiences which would lead him to a life of psychic intrigue he could not even have imagined.

Due in part to his many extraordinary excursions while participating in consciousness exploration programs at the world famous Monroe Institute in Virginia, Elder was introduced to some mysterious people involved in paranormal research — some at high levels of security within the U.S. Government’s ‘Top Secret’ military intelligence ‘psychic spying program’ known as Project “Star Gate.”

As a result of these connections, Elder began training with several of the original Army Intelligence Remote Viewing Officers employed in the previously Top Secret unit. Having completed an extensive training program with army remote viewer, David Morehouse, author of Psychic Warrior, Elder went on to train with army remote viewer, Lyn Buchanan, author of Seventh Sense, and with Star Gate’s former Pentagon Director, Dale Graff.

In recognition of his abilities in remote viewing, Elder was recruited several years ago as a trainer at the Monroe Institute in Virginia where he teaches Remote Viewing classes with former army officer, Skip Atwater. Atwater, the Director of Research at the Institute, was formerly known as Captain Fred Atwater, none other than the original Recruiting and Operations Officer for Project Star Gate.

At the Institute, Elder also works with former decorated army officer, Joe McMoneagle, one of Star Gate’s longest serving officers. McMoneagle is purported to be one of the greatest remote viewers in the world. He is the author of several books including Star Gate Chronicles, Remote Viewing Secrets, and Mind Trek.

Remaining in awe of his famous peers, Elder confides that he is still amazed that such people even exist, much less contemplating that he actually knows and works with them.
Paul lives on Vancouver Island and spends his time writing, teaching, and speaking throughout the United States and Canada on the subject of Remote Viewing and the phenomenon of near-death and out-of-body experiences.

Richard Coutts – July 23, 1945 – October 6, 2009

Richard is survived by his sister, Peggy Sikora (Rudy), brothers Dennis and Graham Coutts, and many nieces and nephews, all who loved him dearly. Assembly and Celebration of Life will be held at 3000 Millrise Point, Legacy Estates in the common room on Friday, October 16 at 6:30 pm.

Marv Harwood will conduct a Ceremony of Passage at 7:00 pm.

A second Celebration of Life Memorial will be held in Salmon Arm, BC on November 7 with further details soon to be published.

Richard was a well-known metaphysical practitioner and he generously gave of his extensive knowledge to many people over his lifetime. He made quite a impact and he will be dearly missed. These remembrances will no doubt serve to keep his memory alive in the hearts of those who loved him best. What more can one ask for in life or death than to be remembered so fondly by surviving friends and family. Join us in sharing our love and appreciation for this wonderful person.
